"HAND DELIVERED"
Boyd E. Graves, J.D. hand delivered the
people's petition for the immediate independent
review of the secret 1971 U.S. Special
Virus Flow Chart to the United States
Supreme Court on April 11, 2001. The following
day Supreme Court Clerk Clayton Higgins called
confirming receipt of the brief . On April 18,
2001 the Supreme Court notified Dr. Graves they
had no record of the brief he hand
delivered the previous week. Scanned above is the
people's original cover file stamped by the U.S.
Supreme Court, "Hand Delivered April 11,
2001." The people's appeal follows the 2000
Election Day order by the U.S. Sixth Circuit
dismissing Boyd E. Graves vs. The President of
the United States Case no. 99-4476 and the true
origins of AIDS as "frivolous."
