Re: Will the World Health Organization ‘Catalog’ the U.S. Special Virus program?

Dear Madam Director General:

Your 1948 Constitution requires this letter. I write on behalf of the 53,000 people from around the world who have downloaded the 1971 “research logic” flowchart of the secret U.S. Special Virus-(Cancer) Program (1948 – 1978). At the very same time as your Constitution was being inked, the United States was inking a “biological scheme” to kill certain persons in the name of ‘population stabilization’.

A review of the available records of your organization does not refer this virus development program of the United States. We believe you have a Constitutional obligation to achieve a ‘state of complete physical, mental & social well being’. A WHO investigation into the secret virus development program of the United States is a requirement to the people of the world.

Please contact Judy Grossberg, archivist, for the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI). The ‘flowchart’ is page 61 of the 1971 progress report (#8) of the secret program. On behalf of the 53, 000 people who have downloaded the flowchart document, I have challenged the world to debate the preceding sixty pages leading to the flowchart. It is a challenge we now present to the premiere health organization in the world. Specifically, on page 39, the United States concedes that the sheep disease visna, had ‘not yet appeared in human disease’. However, in 1995, the United States concedes the science evidence concludes that HIV/AIDS evolved from visna. There are identical sequences of HIV and VISNA mycoplasmas.

We seek a response from your organization in the form of a demand to the United States for “full disclosure” of the secret, federal program, a mounting number of international experts agree, is more than likely the true birthplace of the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Thank you for this necessary opportunity to foster a collaboration of review of the U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus program. Your organization has never allowed ignorance or fear or review to preclude it from doing the work of the health of the people of the world. We ask for incorporation of these resources as the best way to a world without AIDS.
