The 1974 U.S. Conference to Treat
and Prevent HIV/AIDS

As more and more people around the world are drawing
attention to the U.S. Special Virus program as being the root cause and
genesis of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, more and more official U.S. documents
continue to surface confirming this laboratory induced plague. One of
these is the manuscript from a 1974 conference held at the National
Institutes of Health (NIH).
On December 9 – 11, the U.S. Special Virus program
hosted an international conference entitled, “Modulation of Host Immune
Resistance in the Prevention or Treatment of Induced Neoplasias”. In
layman’s terms, this is a conference to ensure the United States would
have maximum control of any synthetic cancer microbe(s) the secret Special
Virus program was developing for proliferation. In military terms, this
conference appears to provide the United States the most effective means
of reducing the “blowback” effect if any of this new synthetic stealth
biologicals become uncontrollable.
The conference manuscript is available through the
Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, stock Number
017-053-00048-5. This conference was also co-sponsored by the John E.
Fogarty International Center for Advanced Study in the Health Sciences
(the U.S. Eugenics center). This conference record is also located at
Fogarty International Proceedings No. 28. In his welcoming remarks,
Fogarty Center Director Dr. Leavitt’s comment leaves an eerie feeling as
we linger in the throes of this induced neoplasia (HIV/AIDS), “….We
trust our efforts will prove helpful to the Administration, the Congress
and the profession in the future organization of medical services in the
United States….”. It is clear the future organization of medical
services includes exterminating people who are lesser desired.
This international conference of the U.S. Special
program proves the United States and other countries were knowingly
seeking a “candidate” synthetic human cancer virus. HIV/AIDS induces
neoplasia. HIV/AIDS is originally called the ESP-1 virus. The ESP-1 virus
is a 1971 synthetic microbe (mycoplasma) that was created by the U.S.
Special Virus program from a culture of a five-year old Black baby boy
(AIDS patient zero?).
At 100,000x magnification, the 1971 ESP-1 virus created by the United
States, is IDENTICAL to the 1985 electron microscope photo of HIV/AIDS.
Thus, the United States cannot say, ‘well at 200,000x, they are very
different’. If this were true, the United States could not then explain
why they allegedly asserted for six years that they did not have a clue as
to what the ‘mystery illness’ is or was’. This also hold true for the
electron microscope similarity between the ESP-1 virus (HIV/AIDS) and the
1949 isolate of visna (nazi sheep disease). According to Dr. Robert Gallo,
AIDS ‘evolved’ from this Icelandic sheep disease, not from any monkey or
African.
A review of progress report #8 (1971) of the U.S.
Special Virus program proves the United States concedes that the Icelandic
sheep disease visna, ‘had not yet appeared in human disease’.
Today, the United States concedes that sheep are the best animal model for
the testing of new anti HIV/AIDS drugs.
The United States cannot proffer any logical explanation of natural
science for the sequences of nazi visna in HIV/AIDS. This is equally
puzzling when you consider the rat sequences that are in the amino acids
of HIV/AIDS. HIVAIDS is part rat breast cancer (rat mammary tumor virus-MMTV).
Again,
review the covers of
the secret program, you will find a rat prominently positioned in the
circular schematic depicting the extermination of man. The
cover diagram is
significant for yet another reason; the circular schematic contains three
six-sided figures at the forehead or ‘noon’ of the program. These are the
mycoplasma bacterial elements at the heart of HIV/AIDS and a host of other
chronic illnesses. On September 21, 2000, CBS EVENING NEWS called them
“Virus ARMOUR” in a story by Elizabeth Kalendin, CBS Senior Health
Producer. When it was brought to CBS’ attention that their ‘new’ science
discovery adorns the
covers of the secret U.S. Special Virus program (1948 – 1978), they
pulled the video archive and doctored the archived audiotape of the
broadcast. Perhaps that is indicative of the culpability of an abridged
press. The major news and wire service media would have to be significant
players in the overall conspiracy to reduce populations by killing people
in a biological stealth way. To prove this, notice they will not cover the
U.S. patented cure for AIDS, patent #5676977. In 1997, the United States
patented, “TETRASIL” as a ‘treatment for curing AIDS’, yet there is no
movement for wider availability, double blind testing or anything. Even
more confusing, AIDS service organizations, like the National Association
of People with AIDS, or Us Helping Us, or the National Black Leadership
Commission on AIDS, refuse to alert the public to the patented cure for
AIDS or the secret, federal virus development program that paralleled the
onset of HIV/AIDS and ended in 1978, just as AIDS began.
We believe a review of the 15 progress reports of the
U.S. Special Virus program would garner us our best opportunity to begin
the real process of dismantling another federal program of human subject
experimentation gone awry. The continued failure of the United States to
revive the conference papers of the aforementioned conference, coupled
with the complete silence on the cure and the U.S. Special Virus program
exceed the stringent jurisdictional requirements of the International
Court of Criminal Justice. The United States must account to the American
people and the people of the world for the U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus
program (1948 – 1978). The
1971 “research logic” flowchart of the program proves the design,
intent and purpose of the United States to actively seek to murder its own
citizens and others.
Equal citizens require review of a secret federal virus development
program that no one knew about, including Surgeon Generals, Koop, Elders
and Satcher.
By publicly exposing this stealth federal genocide
program, we believe our efforts and activism strengthen the national
security of our country. If we review the U.S. Special Virus program we
will solve and dismantle HIV/AIDS, the man made ESP-1 virus.
ABOUT CASE No. 02 CV 02396 :
On December 6, 2002, Boyd E. Graves docketed case no.:
02 CV 02396 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of
California. At issue in the case is the action or lack of action on the
part of government AIDS officials who located the secret AIDS program in
May 2000 and took no affirmative action for the American people and the
people of the world. The complaint seeks the full disclosure of the secret
program which spans from 1948 - 1978. The program's "research logic"
blueprint flowchart proves to an absolute certainty that HIV/AIDS
(pandemic) came from the laboratory and that antidotes for HIV (then
called ESP-1 virus) were conducted and completed prior to placing the HIV mycoplasma
as 201C;vaccine complement201D; in the "clinical trials" section of the flowchart (Phase V). President Clinton era
appointee, the Honorable Jeffrey T. Miller Judge for the U.S. Southern
District of California, is now assigned to the case.
