US GAO DELAYS AIDS "LAB ORIGIN" REPORT

Days after informing Congress they were ready to
report on the substantial evidence concluding a
"laboratory birth" of AIDS, the U.S. General
Accounting Office (GAO) has suddenly cancelled the
video conference scheduled for next week. GAO Health
Team Investigator, Judith Heinrich phoned
Congressional Chief of staff, Anthony Traficanti and
informed him that the conference was postponed and
implied it may not happen at all. At best, the United
States wants to come to Ohio and privately brief the
Congressman as to their findings.

The problem is, the GAO works for the American people.
Yet at every juncture, the GAO has conducted itself as
if it is a watchdog for the govt. The GAO is showing
that it can not honor its charter by providing a
reliable review of the U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus
program (1962 - 1978).

The U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus program produced fifteen
years of experiments and contracts leading to the
development of a "wasting" mycoplasma (AIDS). The
'wasting' syndrome of AIDS is identical to the animal
wasting disease, "VISNA". In fact, the GAO will
porbably want to overlook the scientific fact that
VISNA appears also to have an iatrogenic origin in
nazi Germany. See, e.g., "AIDS: An Explosion of the

It is certain the GAO will not cite the Proceedings of
the United States of America that concludes that
HIV/AIDS evolved from visna. See, Vol 92, 3283 - 3287,
April 11, 1995. The question remains as to how visna
and a simian virus co-mingled in nature and hopped
together to the human species?

If thiry per cent of HIV/AIDS is identical to a man
made animal disease, then it is only a matter of time
before the United States implodes under the guilt of
stealth genocide against its own citizens and
populations around the world. In this regard, the
progress reports of the secret virus program
incriminate the United States to the nth degree. Prior
to the U.S. Special (AIDS) Vrius program, VISNA HAD
NEVER BEFORE BEEN SEEN IN HUMAN DISEASE. See page 39,
progress report #8 (1971), U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus
program (1962 - 1978).

Additionally, the GAO will find NO WAY to set aside
the early monkey inoculation/release program. If
strains of human disease can be found in African
primates, it is only because of this seeding program
of the United States. Dr. Beatrice Hahn, the
government's top 'out of Africa origin of AIDS'
scientist refuses to acknowledge the federal virus
program or respond to scientifc inquiries.

In the face of 6,000 experiments and 20,000 scientific
papers all coordinated by the 1971 (AIDS Development)
flowchart, it is impossible for the United States to
continue to masquerade as a civil and humane
democracy.

The United States must apoligize to the world for its
ill-advanced principles of population
control/stabilization in the name of America's white

We have found the wellspring of the genesis of the
AIDS pandemic, it is our nation state, it is u.s.
