On May 15, 2000, Dr. Victoria Cargill located the flowchart on the human immunodeficiency virus, in the archives of the United States. According to her correspondence, she sent a package of the ‘relevant’ documents to you.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting a list of the documents supplied to you by Dr. Victoria Cargill, Medical Officer for the Office of AIDS Research, National Institutes of Health.

Additionally, please verify the 1971 (AIDS Development) flowchart is located at page 61, progress report #8, U.S. Special Virus program (1962 – 1978).
