The United States' AIDS Development program began officially in 1962 and (ended) in 1978 with the production of some 60,000 liters of a new "immune-suppressing" virus. According to the 1971 report of the program, the program was seeking to make a 'candidate' leukemia/lymphoma virus. According to all available scientific evidence, the original name of HIV was leukemia/lymphoma virus. The AIDS Special Virus was developed in accordance with the 1971 'research logic' flowchart blueprint authored by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), in Bethesda, MD. The records for the development of AIDS are maintained in the "ETIOLOGY AREA" of the agency in the files of Dr. John Maloney. Also there are fifteen progress reports for each year of the program, that correlate to the program's blueprint. The program entails over 6,000 experiments and 20,000 scientific papers carved out of the medical history of the world. An immediate review of the 30 year old AIDS vaccine experiments will begin the process of realiziing a world without elitism, governmnet hypocrisy and systemic delerium. We stand ready to provide the United Nations the compelling scientific evidence of the U.S. federal program that spent $550 million dollars to make a 'synthetic biological agent' to secretly jettison human beings to their graves, unaware they have been murdered in the name of democracy. We strongly and sincerely believe our efforts will strengthen the national security of the people of the United States of America, and, the people of the world. We believe the 1971 blueprint of the federal virus program reveals the intent, design and purpose of the United States to 'stabilize "particular" populations by any means necessary.
