Graves to discuss AIDS lawsuit on international radio tonight
NEW YORK - American lawyer and
civil rights activist Boyd E. Graves will discuss his federal
AIDS lawsuit with controversial talk show host
Hal Turner tonight on international radio WBCQ
7.415 MHz beginning 8 p.m. EST.
“At
issue in the case is the action or lack of action on the part of
government AIDS officials who located the secret AIDS program in
May 2000 and took no affirmative action for the American people
and the people of the world,”Graves said.”The
complaint seeks the full disclosure of the secret program which
spans from 1948 – 1978.”
Graves' case seeks the immediate
review and full disclosure of a formerly secret federal virus
development program originally called, 'The U.S. Special Virus
Program'. Graves' complaint presently before Clinton era
appointee, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey T. Miller, was filed Dec.
6. 2002.
“The
program's 1971
"research logic" blueprint flowchart proves to an
absolute certainty that HIV/AIDS (pandemic) came from the
laboratory and that antidotes for HIV were conducted and
completed prior to placing the HIV as a "vaccine
complement" in the "clinical trials" section of
the flowchart (Phase V),” Graves said.
Since its discovery, Graves has
used the government's official flowchart to educate the public
about the program's secret virus development history. Graves
said he has given away as many as 57,000 copies of the 1971 HIV
flowchart since posting it two years ago on his website

Graves continues providing
flowcharts freely to help raise public awareness, and said his
website recently incorporated donation buttons to help others
support his call for the immediate review of the U.S. Special
Virus Program.

Boyd E. Graves J.D. is the leading investigator of the
government's formerly secret 1971
US Special Virus research logic flow chart. The 1971 flow
chart document uncovered by Dr. Graves coordinates over 20,000
formerly secret virus development papers sponsored by a United
States government virus program between 1948 and 1978. In 1975
Graves received his commission from the US Naval Academy, prior
to serving as communications officer aboard the USS Buchanan.

complaint alleging genocide against the United States'
government. US Supreme Court Case No. 00-9587 an appeal

(apology) for innocent victims of the US Special Virus program,
was dismissed without comment on June 4, 2001. Dr. Graves is the
author of, "STATE

readers a candid review of the US Special Virus program and a
shocking look behind the scenes of America's AIDS curtain.
