Presidents Day broadcast explores lab AIDS
lawsuit
STATE COLLEGE, Penn. – American civil rights lawyer
and AIDS activist
Boyd E. Graves will discuss his initiative to force “a full disclosure
of the U.S. Special Virus Program” with
Babel Magazine publisher Victor Thorn during a live broadcast
beginning Monday at 9 p.m. EST on the
Reality Radio Network.
“The United States is the
genesis and the end of the black-death type plague we now call HIV/AIDS,”
Graves said. “Just as
President Clinton apologized for Tuskegee, President Bush must
apologize for the stealth development and purposeful proliferation of the
synthetic biological agent we call AIDS as developed under the auspices of
the secret
U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus Program.”
Graves has challenged AIDS
origin experts from around the world to debate his controversial
conclusions of over 15 years of formerly secret virus development papers
published by U.S. government scientists decades before the first
identified cases of HIV/AIDS during the 1980’s.
Graves said the formerly
secret U.S. Special Virus Program was legalized as a stealth population
control tool under the auspices of former U.S. President Richard Nixon’s
‘war on cancer.’
Graves began urging President Bush to review the U.S. Special Virus
program following President Bush’s inauguration in 2001.
“No government official
will address the peculiar public law (P.L. 91-213) which authorizes the
United States to kill its own citizens and others in the name of national
security,” Graves said. “President Bush should take immediate corrective
action to fully disclose this secret Manhattan style program.”
Graves said the publics’
demand for the immediate review of the U.S. Special Virus program is
supported by thousands of people who have signed his
online petition for the program’s immediate independent review.

ABOUT CASE No. 02 CV 02396 :
On December 6, 2002, Boyd E. Graves docketed case no.: 02 CV 02396 in
the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. At issue
in the case is the action or lack of action on the part of government AIDS
officials who located the secret AIDS program in May 2000 and took no
affirmative action for the American people and the people of the world.
The complaint seeks the full disclosure of the secret program which spans
from 1948 - 1978. The program2019;s 1971 201C;research logic201D;
blueprint flowchart proves to an absolute certainty that HIV/AIDS
(pandemic) came from the laboratory and that antidotes for HIV (then
called ESP-1 virus) were conducted and completed prior to placing the HIV
mycoplasma as 201C;vaccine complement201D; in the 201C;clinical
trials201D; section of the flowchart (Phase V). President Clinton era
appointee, the Honorable Jeffrey T. Miller Judge for the U.S. Southern
District of California, is now assigned to the case.

American civil rights lawyer Boyd E.
Graves J.D. is the leading investigator of the government's formerly
secret 1971 US Special Virus
research logic flow chart. The 1971 flow chart document uncovered by
Dr. Graves coordinates over 20,000 formerly secret virus development
