News Release Graves alerts federal court to AIDS cure patent, requests counsel SAN DIEGO Human rights activist Boyd E. Graves has filed a motion for judicial notice of the U.S. patented 'cure for AIDS' with his latest motion for appointment of counsel to the U.S. District Court of Southern California Monday. Graves motion is response to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey T. Miller's order of Feb. 24 which ruled plaintiff Graves competent to prosecute his AIDS-bioengineering case before the federal court en propia persona. Judge Miller's order deemed Graves legally competent to adjudicate the AIDS bioengineering case himself and denied Graves appointment of counsel. If you take your time to observe, you will find a century long hunt for a contagious cancer that 'selectively kills,' Graves said. Even though we believed this could 'never again' happen, we indeed find ourselves in the midst of a holocaust that may be all encompassing, and in light of the cure (U.S. patent #5676977), one that doesn't have to continue. Graves petition to the court seeks the immediate review of a formerly secret federal virus program called, The U.S. Special Virus. Graves said the program persisted in government laboratories in the decades leading up to the global HIV/AIDS pandemic and alleges the U.S. Special Virus program created the AIDS virus. Graves federal AIDS origin case was filed in the Southern District Court of California on Dec. 6, 2002. ### UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
