Subject: Dr. Horowitz on the 1971 flowchart
of the U.S. Special Virus program
IN JANUARY 2002, DR.
HOROWITZ INFORMED THE U.S. GAO THAT NO ONE SUPPORTS THE RESEARCH
OF BOYD E. GRAVES.
AS A DIRECT RESULT OF
DR. HOROWITZ'S BIZARRE TESTIMONY, THE U.S. GAO FOUND THE
SECRET U.S. SPECIAL VIRUS PROGRAM HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE
DEVELOPMENT OF HIV/AIDS.
Dr Horowitz, it is only
you who is making false allegations about a 'lone flowchart'
claim. At every juncture in our continual march for review and
investigation of the U.S. Special Virus program, we have ALWAYS
offered the program's "research logic" in the context of the
experiments and contracts of the mostly-secret federal virus
development program. For the record, I claim as follows: " I
believe if we review the U.S. Special Virus program, we will solve
HIV/AIDS".
The U.S. GAO concluded
that 'not even Dr. Graves' expert (Dr. Len Horowitz) supports his
theory that the U.S. Special Virus program created HIV/AIDS'.
Dr. Horowitz has
adopted a 'lone flowchart' claim solely to demean me in my efforts
as a person with AIDS to show the world the truth about the
heinous, evil nature of a democracy that seeks to kill its own
citizens. The ethnic-specific nature of HIV is clearly identified
in the "research
logic" and
the progress
reports. We again repeat, the U.S. Special Virus program,
developed a candidate human virus (ESP-1 virus) in accordance with
the five phases of the 1971 HIV flowchart.
Somehow Dr. Horowitz
has simply set aside the fact, the country's top medical officer
for AIDS research,
Dr.
Victoria Cargill, proclaimed the document to be the flowchart
on the human immunodeficiency virus. Len Horowitz is right, the
flowchart is not a smoking gun, it is a smoking cannon.
The flowchart must be
demeaned to keep the public away from scrutiny of the HIV
antidotes, CLEARLY LISTED IN PHASE IV-A OF THE FLOWCHART. Note for
the record, Dr. Horowitz is completely silent on the vaccine/cure
experiments listed in the U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus program.
Dr. Horowitz
is completely silent regarding
Dr. Harold W.
Clark's conclusion that his scientists were being pulled away
to work on the "research logic" of HIV beginning around 1955.
Dr.
Horowitz, the flowchart is significant. It PROVES HIV is no
accident contaminant, but instead, a planned vaccine complement
population reduction scheme. See

NOTICE NONE
OF THEM HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT THE U.S. SPECIAL VIRUS, MAN
MADE, ESP-1 VIRUS.
According to
the electron
microscope of ESP-1 virus, it is identical to HIV.
Additionally, ESP-1 virus has been produced from the lymphoma of a
five year old Black baby boy.
Very strange
that Dr. Horowitz has not sent the GAO a SINGLE letter, email, fax
in opposition to the professional disrespect he suffered in June.
Instead, he wants an apology from people with AIDS and is now
vowing that his (chosen new) silence is all that people with
HIV/AIDS can expect from him. Dr. Horowitz' failure to respond to
the bogus GAO report speaks for itself. The "hollow" world of a
double agent.
